Day 1: This morning , we board "Summertime", a beautiful old crayfish boat transformed into a luxourious but modest sailing yautch. Two masts and newzealand skipper tattoed from his ears to his toes named "Cookie". We are about 15 on the boat plus 3 crew members, Flo a german pro diver/skipper, Roxanne an english girl who knows how to cook (don't be suprised!!) and Cookie.
Direction The whitsunday's and the the great barrier reef.
It takes about half a day to get to the far side of the 74 islands, the sun beaming down on us and the wind dancing through the sails, dolphins come play in the surf at the front of the boat, and jump in and out of the water only 2 ft beneath us. Today, our mission is "Whithaven beach", silicon sand and turquoise waters, the view is breath taking! After being stranded on the island like Cruesoe, we make our way up to the lookout at the center of the island, here is the view we had.....
